Exclusive PAMA system for the hydrostatic guide of the boring spindle

The system applies to all horizontal machines equipped with a boring spindle

The boring spindle is guided by hydrostatically supported radial sliding blocks and supporting along its entire stroke.

Hydrostatic Tilting Compensation (PAMA S.p.A. patent)

It automatically detects and corrects the tilting moment generated by the positioning of an unbalanced load

The table uses sensors and valves to compensate the table unbalancing caused by the machining of eccentric parts or parts clamped to the ends of the table plate due to production needs.

Compensation is implemented in real-time, also in dynamic mode during table rotation.

The system is completely automatic and applicable to all PAMA milling rotating tables

Automatic Thermal Compensation

Direct automatic compensation system for the constant check of the length of the boring spindle and the ram following temperature changes.

The machine head is equipped with two independent systems that make it possible to compensate for the thermal expansion of the boring spindle and the ram at any moment during machining.

The system is completely automatic and applicable to all machines equipped with a ram and/or boring bar

Combination of solutions between rolling bearings and hydrostatic support for the best turning and milling performance

The CNC table on the rotating axis is equipped with a hybrid system comprised of an axial/radial bearing and a hydrostatic bearing.

This system makes it possible to benefit from the advantages of rotating bearings as well as the advantages of hydrostatic support.

The system is completely automatic and available on the turning and milling tables in the TRT series
