2-Data Supplied Voluntarily by Users/Visitors
Whenever users/visitors accessing this site send their personal data and attach their CV in the Work with Us section, this entails the acquisition by the Company of the sender’s address and/or any other personal data, which will be processed exclusively for the purposes specified in this policy.
Once acquired, the personal data will be processed for purposes relating to assessment and selection of candidates, or to make job offers where applicable.

Transfer to third parties
The personal data will be transferred to Pama S.p.A. in order to allow it to respond to requests for information, or may otherwise be transferred to organisations and institutes in order to fulfil legal obligations, where required.
The Company does not deliberately gather special categories of personal information or data relating to criminal convictions and offences through this website.
Special categories of personal information, as laid out in article 9 (GDPR), include personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation.
